Based in Long Eaton our team of Engineers provide quality workmanship on all aspects of property maintenance from a leaking tap to a full house refurbishment
Day to day Operations and Engineer management of the business is run by Jo Bailey who can be contacted on 01332 300033
Providing support to Jo, is Katie and Connie who manage day to day enquiries, liaise with tenants, landlords, agents and private clients and engineer appointments.

The tenants constantly had rats entering into their property from the drains – new rats flaps fitted to the drains to stop them from entering the property.

The clients living room floor was uneven and a ‘trip hazard’ – carpets taken up, new fast drying screed to make flat applied, underlay and carpets all fitted back by the time the client got back from work.

The shower cubicle was old and leaking and all the grout in the tiles had perished. New Aqua board fitted and new shower cubicle – Happy tenant!
Modern Aquaboarding
Modern aquaboarding panels fitted in this bathroom with a new shower screen.
Aquaboard panels are perfect for bathrooms as they are very low maintenance and also look amazing. This client chose the concrete effect but we have many different patterns/colours that can be fitted.

Old asbestos roof was cracked, leaking and potentially dangerous – Old roof removed (with Asbestos ticket) The roof was boarded with new felt.

Under Damp Proofing
The tenants wooden floor was flexing – lifted the floor boards and the property is suffering from Dry Rot. We identified the problem (the property has its air bricks blocked up) We resolved the problem, took all the old joists out, treated the whole area, replaced the joists and floorboards.
Internal wall has rising damp.
The plaster removed, a damp proof membrane fitted and plastered ready to decorate
